Where can I find information about Saints for Confirmation?
Confirmation is a significant step in the life of a Catholic.
In Confirmation, you may choose a Confirmation name or the name of a saint for yourself.
Your Patron Saint will serve as your inspiration and guide in living a holy life.
There are different ways of identifying the Saint who is just right for you.
- Find your saint by looking at the feast day of the day you were born.
- Search for a patron saint that shares your interests.
- Decide who you aspire to be as a person.
- Discuss your selections with family or friends.
Pray to the saint whose name you’ve chosen. When you pray, ask that the saint to intervene for you, that he or she helps you make great choices. Ask that they be a powerful guide for you spiritually for the rest of your life.
